As I was driving home from LA this morning, I was thinking about the conference and what God had done in my life. I reached over and picked up my cell phone and saw the words, Charge Complete. Those two words describe precisely how I feel today. I hope I never forget the touch I recieved last night as Bro. Mangun Sr. prayed. God did an incredible work in my life! The Question is how do we keep the charge up?
- I must encourage myself in the Lord. It worked for David and it will work for us.
- I must stay in the Word. It is our light and lamp, it is a constant source of power.
- I must fellowship with people who are headed in the same direction I'm heading. Life is too short to spend talking or listening to a bunch of negative, discouraging people!
- I must pray!! Prayer is the key to God's power. "Much prayer,much power, little prayer little power, no prayer, no power!"
- If I'm to stay charged up,I must stay plugged in to the power supply.
Let's make '08 a year where were not always bleepin' because were low on power! I'm excited about what God is going to do in our lives over the weekend. be sure and bring someone to church with you! |
